Good value compared to other accommodations in the area. Had central heating, a writing table and ironing facilities, that worked great for us. Favourable location, new-fashioned & neat room.

Amicable staff, decent prices. I loved easy check in and late check out. The room was cheap, brand-new with a shared kitchen, had excellent wi-fi. Everything was very good, modern place, even so the bathroom here was dirty.

Location and rooms were amazing, it was near The Scottish Parliament and Edinburgh City centre, Royal Mile, Holyrood, Arthur's Seat.
